Nurturing Connection Through Relationship
Cultivate Healthy and Empowered Relationships
Connection and community are true wealth. As mammals our felt sense of safety is not just the absence of a threat, but also the presence of connection. Healthy relationship to ourselves and others is how we cultivate this connection. Developing this can often be complex and challenging but so deeply meaningful and nourishing. In my practice, I work with clients to explore and understand the different facets of relationship, fostering an environment where you can grow, develop, and overcome challenges.
Going deep into relationship supports anyone with challenging relationships: from victims of domestic violence, to struggling families, couples or friends and even parents trying to find ways to relate to their children better.
