About Arron Selby
Hello! I’m Arron Selby, certified Compassionate Inquiry therapist and founder of Noble Mind. As a fellow traveler on the self-discovery journey, I find deep meaning in helping people like you feel heard and seen while fostering a life of meaning, connection, and empowerment. By intertwining my spiritual and professional paths, I aim to support you in releasing trauma and stuck emotions, whilst shifting beliefs that no longer serve you. You are the expert of your own journey, and together, we can learn and grow side by side, fostering self-growth and healthier relationships with others.
My Journey
Growing up in Hertfordshire, UK, I faced mental health challenges, including addiction, depression, and anxiety. Fortunate to encounter remarkable healers and practitioners, I embraced responsibility for my healing journey, investing in guidance across diverse disciplines. Exploring yoga, meditation, psychedelic therapy, biohacking, men’s circles, and more, I’ve developed valuable strategies for overcoming challenges and focusing on personal growth.
Now in Bellingen, New South Wales, Australia, with my loving family, I continue to deepen my self-exploration, embracing growth and self-awareness. As an intuitive creative in music, poetry, and design, my artistic talents complement my practice, allowing me to connect with clients on a deeper, more holistic level. I remain in awe of my teachers and am grateful for the opportunity to continue my self-discovery journey professionally.
